Protecting consumer privacy is important to Emshee. This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Emshee, LLC ("Emshee", "we", "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use our websites, mobile applications, and other products and services (collectively, the "Services") or when you otherwise interact with us whether in electronic, paper or verbal format. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information we collect about industry professionals who may provide counseling services to users of our Services.

You may update, correct or delete your Emshee account profile information at any time by logging into your online Emshee account. Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies our mobile applications, or certain features thereof, will no longer function.
When you first launch any of our mobile applications that collect location information, you will be asked to consent to the application's collection of this information. We currently require this location information in order to use our Services, so if you do not consent to this collection, you cannot use our Services. If you initially consent to our collection of location information, you can subsequently stop the collection of this information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. If you do so, our mobile applications, or certain features thereof, will no longer function. You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from Emshee by following the instructions in those messages. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account, previous purchases or our ongoing business relations.
California law permits residents of California to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please contact us or call us toll free at 888.836.2720. However, please note that under the law, Services such as ours that permit California residents to opt in to, or opt out of, this type of sharing are not required to provide such information upon receiving a request, but rather may respond by notifying the user of his or her right to prevent the disclosure.
